FEED BACK MEACHANISM

The college belives that there is always scope for improvement. It therefore seeks significant parent & student in evolvement through a feed-back mechanism. Feedback from visiting experts and externals is taken.

GUARDIAN TEACHER SCHEME

On joining the college each student is placed under the personal supervision and guidance of a teacher who acts as a friend, philospher and mentor and keeps a record of the student’s progress. Every students should contact his/her guardian teacher regularly. For getting scholoarships, fresships, admission cards, etc. clearance from the Guardian Teacher is mendetory.

NETWORK RESOURCE CENTRE (NRC)

The college has a full fledged Network Resoure Centre (NRC) with computers broad band internet facility. All the stake helders should taken advantage of this facility. For details contact the librarian and computer Department.

STUDENTS GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

A students grievance redressal cell takes care of general grievances of students.

SUGGESTION BOX

A suggestion box is placed in every department. The students should use this for giving positive suggestions and avoid personalised comments/remarks.

CAREER AND EMPLOYEMENT GUIDANCE BUREAU

The college runs a career employment guidance bureau for guiding the students to chose their career course for higher studies and for their personality development.

IDENTITY CARD

(A) Every bonafied students of the college should have the identity card.

The Identity card should be prepared from the College Office by submitting a passport size Photo graph of the students immediately after admission on payment of Rs.10/-. The student taking admission in the subsequent academic year should get the identity card renewed within 15 days from the date of admission.

(B) Every bonafied students of the college should have the identity card.

  1. They are in the premises of the college.
  2. They are attending classes (Theory/Practical) or College Functions.
  3. They are reciving shcolarships, Library Books, Money orders, registered letters, railway or bus concessions, learning/bonafide cerficates, caution money or deposits or T.C. etc.
  4. They are attending Educational Tours, Sports & Games or Other activities.

(C) The Identity card must be produced by the student whenever it is demanded.

Any students without the Identity card will be treated as trespasser and shall be dealt with accordingly.

Medical Examination

All students of the college are required to present themselves for a medical examination before a Medical

Officer appointed by the college. Those who fail to appear for the examination are liable for a fine or other disciplinary action.

Physical Training

All undergraduate students are compulsorily required to attend the Physical Training Classes. Failure to attend the classes shall invite disciplinary action as per the University rules.

Students Insurance

An Insurance scheme against accidents is run in the College. The Insurance is for one year. All students are compulsory required to be registered under this scheme and to pay the premium.

Cycle Stand

Students are directed to park their Bicycles/Vehicles at the place allotted for this purpose failing which they will be fined.

The Principal’s decision in all matters of admission, administration enforcement of discipline, general rural & special instructions mentioned in this prospectus shall be “FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL”
